We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a temporary position with a well-established contractor in the social housing sector in the Forest of Dean.
The role involves performing reactive repairs and working on void properties, with a pay rate of £21 per hour.
Candidates must have experience in social housing and a qualification in carpentry or plumbing, or over 5 years of relevant experience.

Supporting in plumbing or carpentry
Interacting with tenants and other stakeholders

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:

Social housing experience
To have a qualification in carpentry/plumbing or more than 5 years' experience
