Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2025 they are looking for a Supplier Lead to join their Supply Chain / Procurement team.Role & Responsibilities:Developing and managing supplier relationships to achieve business requirements

Evaluation of suppler performance

Supporting and lead supplier selection, supplier development and NPI

Identify of quality, cost, delivery and lead time improvements

Lead problem solving activities to resolve issues affecting supplier relations and supply chain performance

Root cause and corrective action knowledge Knowledge, Skills & Experience:CIPS Qualified

Experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing or Production environment

Strong negotiation skills,

Knowledge of procurement and contractual Law advantageous
