Key Responsibilities:
- Production Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the production workflow for one or multiple products to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Operational Planning: Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
- Resource Determination: Determine the necessary equipment and raw materials to meet production demands.
- Job Monitoring: Monitor jobs to ensure they are completed on time, addressing any issues that arise to minimize disruption.
- Output Information Management: Obtain and analyze output information, including the number of finished products and the percentage of defects.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed status and performance reports.
- Paperwork Organization: Keep all paperwork organized and up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with quality control, Vacform, and ABS factories to ensure seamless production processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Planner
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication and collaboration skills
