Must Have’s

  • Strong communication skills - you’re empathetic, confident, and know how to ask the right questions, you must enjoy speaking to people from all walks of life
  • Ability to manage your own caseload, but know when to escalate complex issues
  • Experience working with Microsoft packages, you’ll be emailing and report writing daily

Nice to have’s

  • Background or qualification in healthcare, occupational health, HR, or exercise science

So, what will you be doing?

  • Assessing medical conditions and identifying treatment options and potential risks
  • Supporting members through their care journey and offering expert guidance
  • Liaising with NHS and private providers to arrange referrals
  • Ensuring all care aligns with healthcare policies and plan guidelines
  • Working closely with the onsite Functional Health Team for a truly holistic approach
