Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, assemble, and pack customer orders.
- Assemble components, including soldering wire connections (training provided).Heat shrink and pack finished products for despatch.
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain high levels of quality control.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Use basic computer skills to print orders, book deliveries, and complete schedules (training provided)
- Calculate weights and sizes for delivery requirements.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Valid forklift licence
- Valid UK driving licence
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills including Word & Excel
- Experience with soldering
- Forklift operation
- Basic computer systems
