Join a dynamic organisation who are at the forefront of their industry! Our client is looking for a passionate Warehouse Operative to be part of their thriving team.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, assemble, and pack customer orders.
  • Assemble components, including soldering wire connections (training provided).Heat shrink and pack finished products for despatch.
  • Ensure order accuracy and maintain high levels of quality control.
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management.
  • Use basic computer skills to print orders, book deliveries, and complete schedules (training provided)
  • Calculate weights and sizes for delivery requirements.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Valid forklift licence
  • Valid UK driving licence

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer skills including Word & Excel
  • Experience with soldering
  • Forklift operation
  • Basic computer systems
