What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create new Products & Purchase Orders on internal system
- Report shortages to suppliers within required time frame
- Monitor supplier service level (lead time of stock, cancellations, shortages)
- Liaise with suppliers to get updates regarding late deliveries and urgent stock
- Raise supplier offers and distribute to the Sales Team
- Book in supplier deliveries in the diary
- Arrange collections from suppliers
- Providing administrative-cover support to other office departments when required
- Resolve any Buying queries from Sales Team
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a previous "buying" role, team or department would be hugely beneficial
- Very strong customer service skills that leave a lasting impression.
- Superb administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management ability.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
