Hunt4 Employment is looking for a candidate to join our client in Warehouse/ Stores/ Yard just outside of Tewkesbury.
The person must have proven experience in warehouse, stores or yard with basic computer skills as needed for inputting data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Oversee accurate stock levels, partake in stock takes, and maintain organised warehouse inventory.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Risk Assessments: Ensure compliance with company SOPs and conduct routine risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- IT & Administration: Use basic/intermediate IT skills for stock tracking, generating picking lists, and overseeing warehouse documentation alongside liaising with Remote Admin Support team members.
- Maybe required to produce and manage picking lists for orders.
- Warehouse Organisation: Ensure efficient storage, labelling, and easy accessibility of all stock.
- Warehouse Expansion: Assist with the setup of a new warehouse in Cornwall as part of our business expansion. Travel may be required.
- Cleaning of Caravan Stock internally and externally as required.
Desirable Skills (but not essential):
- Forklift license.
- Towing license.
- Flexibility to travel between locations, including support for the new warehouse setup in Cornwall.
- Willingness to assist in the delivery and collection of caravans if required.
Essential Requirements:
- Full driving license (due to our rural location on Working Farm).
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. You may be required to work alone for periods, so strong time management and organisational skills are crucial.
