- Lead and guide a large team responsible for the receipt, picking and returns of products.
- Control all movement of stock and checking of codes against tickets.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse is maintained at all times providing a safe working environment.
- Supervise the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, overseeing day to day operations.
- Support and monitor team performance, encouraging them to do their job to the best of their ability.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- You must have a working knowledge of Health & Safety safe practice, and the ability to understand and implement the company Health & Safety policy.
- Must be a strong communicator and have the ability to create and maintain excellent relationships.
- Have previous experience in management, or in warehousing with a desire to progress.
- Good time keeping and organisational skills.
- Pay: £13.51 to £14.76 per hour (Dependant on experience)
- Shifts: Weekly rotating shifts with start times ranging from 06:00am and 09:00am.
