My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity to join their scheduling team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. You will be the point of contact between the engineers and operations team. They are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and communication skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling engineers
  • General administration
  • Updating the scheduling database 
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)

About You

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages
  • A high standard of computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
