The Gloucestershire-based client is seeking a candidate for a full-time, temporary to permanent scheduling team position.
The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to liaise between engineers and the operations team.
Candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English, have a high standard of computer literacy, and be reliable team players.
The position offers a salary of £23,795 and is set to start in January 2025.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but graduates looking for their first office role are also encouraged to apply.

My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity to join their scheduling team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. You will be the point of contact between the engineers and operations team. They are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Scheduling engineers
General administration
Updating the scheduling database
Liaising with suppliers
Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)

About You

Fluent in written and spoken English
Understanding of commonly used office packages
A high standard of computer literacy
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Reliable
Eye for detail
Team player

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
