Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of valves and system solutions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Flow Solutions, such as valves and heat exchange systems, and who may have a background in steam systems from sectors like the Navy, hospitals, or energy steam factories.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Attend customer sites to provide service and maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns, perform fault finding, and carry out repairs.
  • Service and repair packaged systems, valves, plant rooms, and steam distribution systems, including control loops.
  • Compile detailed worksheets on service/repair works carried out on site using the company service app.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and engineering departments to provide solutions and build strong relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer, Service Technician, Valve Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of servicing valves and process equipment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc calls and demonstrate flexibility in work assignments.
  • Full UK Driving license is essential.
