Hooray are delighted to be exclusively supporting a leading medical device organisation to manage the recruitment for an Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Coordinator, you will:

  • Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure coordination & production of orders in a timely manner
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers & medical professionals
  • Process orders and gather patient data
  • Input data onto database
  • Work closely with the Finance Director for purchasing and managing current stock levels

To be successful as a Coordinator, you will:

  • Be organised in your approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in using a variety of systems from bespoke to MS Office suite
  • Previous administration and coordinator experience is essential
  • Demonstrable experience in liaising with a variety of stakeholders
  • A willingness to work within a small team and support the development of the business

In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, in office, permanent position!
