Office Administrator - Trainee / Experienced

Our excellent, growing client in Tewkesbury is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the wider office with general administration tasks to include occasional reception work.

In this role, previous office experience is not essential as training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- All general paperwork, filing and administration.

- Provide general support within the team including answering the telephone, taking messages, dealing with enquiries, photocopying, maintaining stationery supplies and filing.

- Liaising with customers and suppliers in order to assist wider teams.

- Keep computer system records and spreadsheets accurate and up to date.

- To ensure that any necessary clerical and administrative processes which support the company activities are carried out efficiently and accurately in order to help the team meet its objectives.

- Be willing and flexible to assist with general duties to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Salary: Up to £27,378 + bonuses + benefits including:
