I am seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join my client's Human Resources team in Tewkesbury. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong administrative background who is passionate about supporting employee relations, recruitment, and HR processes.

Job Role:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and exit interviews.
  • Provide administrative support in employee relations cases, tracking documentation and scheduling meetings as required.
  • Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing of data for monthly payroll cycles.
  • Support employee benefits administration and queries.
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including booking courses and managing attendance records.
  • Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or related role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
