My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for managing sales orders and customer interactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process sales orders using the company ERP system.
  • Input sales orders as coded by others and check the accuracy of sales orders against sales quotations.
  • Ensure deliveries have been confirmed by warehousing and send draft copies of order acknowledgements for checking.
  • Release sales orders to warehousing and send order acknowledgements to customers.
  • Liaise with internal sales regarding any changes to sales orders.
  • Process Goods Returns using the company’s bespoke system, create necessary paperwork, and liaise with the service department and warehouse.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar Sales Administrator role is beneficial.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality, able to effectively communicate with all internal team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn the ERP system.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
