Our client in Tewkesbury, with over 15 years experience within the construction industry have a brand-new opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis.This is fantastic opportunity to work within a growing business in a fast-paced busy environment, with a real team buzz!


The successful candidate will be working closely with the Group Health and Safety Manager ensuring all relevant laws, regulations and standards are being followed whilst assisting in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.


A valid UK driving licence is essential as on occasion you may be required to visit construction sites across the UK.



Responsibilities/Duties;

-Act as the Company Document Controller

-Write and prepare compliance reports for senior management

-Assist with the creation of new company documentation

-Ensure compliance with the companys policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

-Research and keep track of industry-related regulatory requirements and legislation

-Identify and report areas of non compliance

-Train and educate employees on new companys policies, etc

-Assist with internal audits and site inspections

-Coordinate with external auditors, and other professionals to manage compliance activities


Candidate Attributes;

-Previous experience within a similar role

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent organisational skills

-Effective problem solver

-Competent IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook


Hours- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (one hour lunch)

Salary- Up to £35,000 depending on experience + 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, life Insurance, private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, potential to earn 5% annual bonus.
