Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for Technical Partnership Manager based in Tewkesbury

DAY TO DAY:

  • Identifying new business opportunities for events
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with new clients and understanding their need
  • Developing proposals to send across to potential new clients
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
  • To support the Partnerships Director to achieve the targets set that contribute to the overall company goals.
  • Be responsible for quality control in terms of equipment specification of the correct equipment not only for assigned projects but for all other ongoing projects.
  • To be accountable for operational efficiency with correct Margins. Also measure and report on Pipeline.
  • Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Liaise directly with customers on & off site. (Weekend working may apply when running exhibitions )
  • Attending client visits on a regular basis
  • To deliver all set KPi’s.
  • Report figures on a weekly basis, on 6-month pipeline.

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge and interest in the AV market is desirable
  • Exhibitions and events experience is desirable
  • Ensure all customer details and needs are met and exceeded
  • Strong client relationship management experience
  • A level of interpersonal skills sufficient to enable the post holder to establish and maintain credibility with the most senior internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to make key commercial decisions to help meet both external and internal budgets.
  • The ability to work under pressure and remain upbeat in difficult circumstances.
  • Organised, with an eye for detail.
