We are looking for an experienced NPI Project Engineer which is an engineering led role to facilitate/manage the introduction of all new products from contract review and throughout manufacture.

THE NPI PROJECT ENGINEER WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Compilation and management of an accurate, achievable project plan to monitor and track progress of New Product Introduction • Timely scheduling and management of all associated processes

THE NPI PROJECT ENGINEER WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN: • Managing NPI development teams delivering excellent RFT an OTIF metrics • Ensuring compliance with all associated contracts and statutory requirements • Managing components/assemblies/projects through processes pre and post manufacture • Actioning a team to agree method and route of manufacture with timeframes for 3D CAD, work holding, tooling, programming and quality requirements • Track all parts through engineering, manufacture and quality • Strong MS Office competencies (Excel, Word, Project) • Extensive knowledge of CNC manufacturing methods. • Expertise in materials, processes, and treatments This role would suit a technical NPI Project Engineer who has strong commercial, technical, project and risk management skills. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
