- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within commercial insurance
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience building tailored insurance plans for a variety of clients
- Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to staying informed

- Providing expert advice by staying up to date on commercial insurance trends
