It's been four years since we last took on someone new into our Quality department. Now that a well respected member of our team has hung up his vernier to move into the next chapter of his life, we're looking to hire a new Quality Inspector to join the successful team.

Were now in a position to take on a new Quality Inspector to join our small quality team,to inspectCNC machined components (milling, turning and grinding).

What experience will you need?
Youll be an experiencedQuality Inspector,comfortablecompleting first offs and in-process inspections, carrying out first article and final inspections against drawings.

Youll probably have more than two years experience of working as a Quality Inspector but if you have the skills already in less time, then we'll welcome your application too.

As an experienced Quality Inspector youll know this already but to be clear, youll be confident in using a range of precision inspection tools to check dimensions of CNC machined components to include gauges, micrometers, vernier calipers, microscopes, shadowgraphs, CMM and similar equipment. It would be great if you have experience of programming a CMM too but this sisn't essential because we have people in the team who can help.

You'll also know that paperwork comes with this job too, which I'm sure you'll be very happy to hear. You'll have a good idea of what you're doing where this is concernedbut we'll get you up to speed with our processes too - perhaps you can even bring some ideas with you!

Job title:Quality Inspector
Location:Ashchurch, Tewkesbury, commutable from Worcester, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stonehouse and surrounding areas.
Working hours:39 hour working week, day shift, lunch time finish on Fridays, overtime often available.
Pay rate:As a guide, we're looking to pay between £30,000 and £35,000 based on your experienceand we're happy to discuss your requirements too
