CNC Cell Leader Mill/Turn (Mazak Integrex)

Location: Tewkesbury, GloucestershireSalary: £38,000 - £40,000

ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe CNC Cell Leader will work as part of a wider engineering-led team to produce quality precision-engineered components to detailed specifications within strict production timeframes and tight tolerances.

IDEAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE IN:

  • Lead, motivate and assess performance & identify training needs
  • Setting, operating, and programming a variety of CNC mill/turn machining centres to produce fixtures and fittings, preferably in a highly compliant environment working to tight tolerances
  • Speeds and feeds for different raw materials; controls; programming; safety and in-depth tooling knowledge
  • FANUC / Mazatrol control language and HyperMill programming
  • Lean Manufacturing and CI strategies
  • CMM inspection and manual measuring capabilities

KEY ABILITIES:

  • Lead, motivate, and assess performance & identify training needs
  • Engineering qualification from City and Guilds / HNC or similar

WORKING HOURS:

  • Fixed shift patterns
  • 38 hours per week
  • 5 Days per Week (Monday to Friday)
  • 06:00 – 14:00
