Salary: Up to 15.00 per hour
Hours: Full Time | Shift work may be required

Our client is looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team!

You will work closely with the leadership team to manage staff, ensuring internal and external standards are met.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Team Leader

• Leading, motivating, training and utilising staff via practical instruction to ensure line efficiency.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure internal and external standards are met.
• Ensure all products are delivered to a high standard.
• Ensure production records are completed, accurately and efficiently.

Key Skills of a Production Team Leader

• Previous experience in a production role.
• Experience in a leadership role is desirable.
• Committed and motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety.
