Any sector experience is suitable and full training will be provided for this quantity surveyor role. You are not expected to be an expert straight away!
The job is to manage the QS / Surveying of projects; deliver on schemes, undertake valuations, variations, negotiate with clients, build relationships and complete final accounts. there would also be a little estimating. You would be an integral part of this growing business from day 1, working with the commercial director and MD.
Projects values worked on range up to 50million, subcontract packages valued between 250k and 5m
All quantity surveying backgrounds will be considered.
