Our client, a Construction Consultancy, based in Tewkesbury, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of sectors including; Housing, Healthcare, Education, Commercial & Industrial, Retail, Leisure and Interiors. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on schemes from 500k - 5M plus working from tender stage to final account. Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration

Salary: 40k - 60k DOE (guide only- open to discussion)

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Prior experience as a PQS on similar projects
Prior experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties
Knowledge of JCT Contracts
Full UK driving license
Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree or similar (not essential if qualified via experience)
