A well-established Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in Gloucester is eager to welcome a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to their vibrant and friendly team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, vibrant, and collaborative team of 11 Quantity Surveyors, working closely alongside the Directors.
The company engages in a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Retail, Leisure, Office, Industrial, and Public. However, this role primarily concentrates on Private Residential projects valued between £500k and £10m, along with some Housing Association schemes.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a team passionate about ongoing staff development, offering full support for further education, additional courses, and Chartership. The Consultancy promotes a friendly and adaptable work culture, encouraging office presence three days a week with ample flexibility.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Desired experience:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
- Residential project experience is also highly desirable
- Eager for further professional development such as Chartership
