Matara UK Limited is one of three businesses within our Motion Control & Automation (MCA) Specialist division.
Founded in 1995 and acquired by RUBIX in 2020, Matara works hard to deliver an unbeatable range of bespoke pneumatic and linear automation products, backed up with technical expertise, market leading value and a clear commitment to customer service.
Main Tasks and Deliverables:
Maintain regular contact with your designated portfolio.
High volume of outbound calls.
Provide customers with information and guidance on relevant Rubix and Matara products and services.
Gain intelligence on requirements of the customers and then insert this onto CRM system.
Following up on customer enquiries and quotes from customers and completed within a timely manner.
To carry out data inputting and admin tasks as operationally required.

Basic IT skills: Able to use and pick up Microsoft packages. Good Excel knowledge is an advantage.
