We are seeking a driven Accounts / IT Administrator to join our client's finance department within the construction industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role, part of a collaborative and supportive team who consistently provides outstanding service to both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Duties:

  • Handle the processing of purchase invoices for both suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Generate purchase orders as needed.
  • Manage mid-month and month-end payment processing.
  • Prepare and submit CIS reports to HMRC.
  • Execute month-end tasks, including supplier account reconciliations.
  • Carry out general administrative duties within the accounts department.
  • Respond to business calls and provide assistance to clients and suppliers.
  • Cover for team members during their absence.

IT Duties:

  • Provide help with basic IT queries, such as troubleshooting computer startup issues.
  • Assist team members with login issues and server access problems.
  • Handle day-to-day IT issues that arise within the team.
  • Liaise with external IT support when needed.
