We are seeking a driven Accounts / IT Administrator to join our client's finance department within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance Duties:
- Handle the processing of purchase invoices for both suppliers and subcontractors.
- Generate purchase orders as needed.
- Manage mid-month and month-end payment processing.
- Prepare and submit CIS reports to HMRC.
- Execute month-end tasks, including supplier account reconciliations.
- Carry out general administrative duties within the accounts department.
- Respond to business calls and provide assistance to clients and suppliers.
- Cover for team members during their absence.
IT Duties:
- Provide help with basic IT queries, such as troubleshooting computer startup issues.
- Assist team members with login issues and server access problems.
- Handle day-to-day IT issues that arise within the team.
- Liaise with external IT support when needed.
