CY Resourcing is working alongside a reputable organisation in Tewksbury to find a temporary Finance Assistant. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day book-keeping using Sage 200 including entering and producing invoices
- Manage bank payments, including foreign currency payments
- Maintain an accurate monthly trial balance
- Filing
Skills and Experience:
- Sage Accounting - not essential, but preferable
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook and Excel including pivot tables Essential, Word and Teams preferable)
Personal Attributes:
- A commercial and professional approach to work
- Ability to use your initiative and problem solve
- Able to multi-task, juggle competing priorities, and work independently under tight deadlines
- Well organised, with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly team player
