Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute precise measurement programs using Aberlink CMM software, including converting legacy programs from other software.
- Accurately measure complex components for quality assurance within strict production timelines and tolerances.
- Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and customers, actively participating in new product introduction (NPI) processes to meet exacting quality standards.
- Train inspection personnel on the use of CMM programs and ensure compliance with detailed engineering specifications.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Expertise in CMM inspection (Ideally Aberlink) and manual measuring techniques.
- Strong ability to interpret technical engineering drawings, including GD&T.
- Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail with an organized, methodical approach.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a quality-led team environment.
What We Offer:
- Work Hours: Fixed day shifts, Monday to Friday, totalling 38 hours per week with early friday finish.
