Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a Tewkesbury-based R+D company that work across various industries including cyber/network security, RF communications, and signal processing.We're looking for Graduate Software Engineers to join a highly academic, multi-skilled R+D team where you'll be working on various projects. You'll constantly be exposed to unique engineering challenges & cutting edge technologies. They’re looking for problem-solvers who want to continuously expand their skillset & get involved with some really unique engineering challenges.What we need:1st class or 2:1 Electronic Engineering/Physics-related degree (BSc or MSc) from a top UK university & A/A*s in Maths, and PhysicsExperience with embedded software (C/C++) development is preferableRelevant industry experience is preferableExperience, or interest in, developing software for RF/signal processing applications is preferable.
On offer is a salary up to £44k + very strong benefits package including 10% matched pension contribution, 25 days holiday, flexi-time/flexi-hours, and a discretionary annual bonus.
