Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with manual handling, care, changing and feeding.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each child's development.
  • Engage in physically active tasks to support students' needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience working with children and/or adults with special educational needs in the UK.
  • Experience in manual handling, care, changing, and feeding.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
