My client are based in the heart of Tewkesbury, dedicated to creating bespoke travel experiences for our clients. With a reputation for exceptional service and an eye for detail, I am looking for a talented Travel Consultant to join their close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your expertise to design tailor-made holidays and travel experiences, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Manage multiple bookings simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld.
  • Provide exceptional aftercare, ensuring clients’ journeys exceed expectations.
  • Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice.

About you:

  • Has previous experience in a travel consultant role or similar, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding service.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can build strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike
  • Thrives in a busy environment and is able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Has a genuine passion for travel and a love for creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
