Shift: 7am – 3pm (Mon – Fri)

THE ROLE – Manufacturing Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable cleaner to work in a unique position with a global manufacturing business in Tewkesbury.

You will be focused on supporting the practical manufacturing area to ensure busy assembly and test areas are clean and well maintained.

Cleaning duties might include removal of oils and lubricants from work areas, removing surplus materials, floor cleaning and general cleaning.

DUTIES – Manufacturing Cleaner

• Cleaning and tidying work benches.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Cleaning up spillages and leakages of chemicals and lubricants.
• Ensuring work benches are clean before shift changes.
• Deep clean of work mats and ‘Clean area’ items and tools.
• Tidying floor spaces of materials and debris.

BACKGROUND – Manufacturing Cleaner

• Previous Cleaning experience.
• Comfortable working in a mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Unrestricted by ITAR Regulations.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning materials/chemicals.
