We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the maintenance function within our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations across the department.

  • Plan, monitor, and manage contractors involved in maintenance duties to ensure compliance and performance.

  • Lead the maintenance team, managing staff training, communication, absence and performance, and identifying upskilling opportunities.

  • Work closely with other departments to identify, plan, and execute re-engineering solutions focused on continuous improvement.

  • Organise Capital Ex Projects from planning to execution.

  • Implement and control the spare parts strategy, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.

  • Maintain and execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan, ensuring timely task completion and resource allocation.

  • Manage and adhere to the maintenance budget as outlined in the business plan.

  • Plan and execute maintenance shutdown activities effectively and with minimal disruption.

  • Design weekly preventive maintenance plans in alignment with production schedules.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role within a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and maintenance planning systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
