This is an incredible opportunity to join a passionate and skilled team, producing a wide variety of bread, rolls, sticks, and more! This is ahands-on rolethat involves maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all bakery products.
The Role:
- Leading by example as part of a dynamic, small team
- Producing a range of bakery goods while upholding rigorous quality standards.
- Working within a company renowned for its exceptional customer service and high-quality products, serving clients across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.
What Were Looking For:
- Apassionate and experienced baker(minimum of 1 year in a similar role).
- Solid knowledge of bakery production, techniques, and HACCP protocols.
- A proactive team player with attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
