Join a leading independent distributor as Warehouse Operative. You will be a crucial part of their logistics operations, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of customer orders from their locally sourced products.
Day-to-day of the role:- Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders.
- Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment.
- Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles.
- Complying with food hygiene regulations.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or food production environment is preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (2-6 Celsius).
- PPT or LLOP Licenses are preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times.
