Junior Project Manager - Mechanical Building Services / Pipe Fitter
This is a great opportunity for an engineer / Pipe Fitter background to move off the tools and develop their career as a Project Manager. Or a graduate Building Services Engineer.
Paid training HNC in building services is offered.
You will join a medium sized and well established building services contractor of mechanical/ HVAC solutions. The business is currently experiencing a large influx of new projects with a full order book. As the Junior Project Manager or Project Engineer you will learn to deliver the full solution of mechanical and building services, encompassing, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, ventilation and controls for projects across new retail development, leisure, office and retail fit outs.
The role
- Office based initially
- Working under supervision of knowledgeable team of Project Managers and Contract Managers
- Developing skills in project management
Requirements
- You will require a background in mechanical commercial pipe work / ventilation - perhaps an apprentice trained pipe fitter
- Keen to work off the tools as project manager
- Willing to undertake further training and personal development
- Full driving licence ideally
- Confident literacy and communication skills
Package
- Salary DoE 25K - 32K
- 25 days holiday
