THE ROLE – Maintenance Technician

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stand-out aerospace engineering business to support at an incredibly busy time where growth is occurring.

You will be supporting a dedicated Maintenance team to ensure equipment is operational through both preventative and reactive maintenance methods.

This role would be suitable for someone who is familiar undertaking standard machinery or system maintenance, possibly from a military background.


DUTIES – Maintenance Technician

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair support for all test and production equipment.
• Follow Quality procedures to satisfy internal and external audit expectations.
• Purchase parts to maintain inventories
• Repair equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Where possible, undertake calibration activities.
• Adhere to health and safety practices and maintain relevant risk assessments.

 

BACKGROUND – Maintenance Technician

• Qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• Preferably some experience in a hydraulic/mechanical or mechatronic role.
• Familiarity with electronic circuits and diagnostics of test equipment.
