- £24,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience

About the role:
We are looking for motivated and skilled Events and Audio Visual Technicians to join our team. Whether you're starting your career or are an experienced professional, you'll find a welcoming environment where you can grow and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver AV equipment for events
- Set up and operate audio, visual, and lighting equipment for live events
- Create quotations and orders based on client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to ensure high standards and satisfaction
- Manage logistics, layout, and wiring diagrams for event setups
- Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain and prepare equipment
- Provide technical support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Contribute to team improvement and training initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional with a passion for AV technology and live events. You will have:
- 1-5 years' experience in AV, sound, and lighting (varies with salary tier)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AV setups
- Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills
- Comfortable using relevant software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Vmix)
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Detail-orientated approaches with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including early starts and late finishes
- Clean UK driving license
