About the role:

We are looking for motivated and skilled Events and Audio Visual Technicians to join our team. Whether you're starting your career or are an experienced professional, you'll find a welcoming environment where you can grow and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver AV equipment for events
  • Set up and operate audio, visual, and lighting equipment for live events
  • Create quotations and orders based on client requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure high standards and satisfaction
  • Manage logistics, layout, and wiring diagrams for event setups
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain and prepare equipment
  • Provide technical support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Contribute to team improvement and training initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-5 years' experience in AV, sound, and lighting (varies with salary tier)
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AV setups
  • Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills
  • Comfortable using relevant software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Vmix)
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Detail-orientated approaches with strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including early starts and late finishes
  • Clean UK driving license
