We are seeking an experienced construction labourer for a long-term role with a national house builder in the Thame area.
The position requires reliable and hard-working individuals to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts available.
Duties include assisting trades on site, maintaining cleanliness, moving materials, and completing tasks as directed by site management.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in construction labor, and a CSCS card is preferred.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Construction Labourer

We are working with a national house builder who require an experienced site labourer on their project in the Thame area.

This is a long term role where a reliable hard working labourer will be required to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work on offer.

The Role - Construction Labourer

The role of construction labourer Will include duties such as -
Assisting trades on site
Keeping the site work areas clean and tidy - free of any debris to maintain a safe environment for all the workforce
Manual Labour - to include moving of materials
Completing tasks as instructed by the site management team
Other duties may be included

The construction site

The construction site is located within walking distance of local shops and amenities and is located close to good public transport links.
