Job Title: Forklift / Van Driver (Morning shift)
Location: Thame
Salary: 27,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours:
- 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 04:00 am - 02:00 pm (including a 1-hour lunch break).
- Contracted Overtime: Saturday mornings from 5 am to 11 am (once per month).

Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Loading/Unloading: Efficiently support the transport and warehouse operations by moving items from the warehouse to vehicles.
- Driving: Collect and deliver to assigned locations while ensuring compliance with the company's processes.
- Meeting Delivery Targets: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by meeting all delivery targets promptly.
- Customer Contact: Engage with customers politely and professionally, raising any issues through the appropriate channels.
- Health & Safety: Collaborate with the Transport Manager and Shift Supervisors to ensure all safety regulations are adhered to.
Skills Required:
- Current Counterbalance Forklift licence.
- Previous driving experience.
- Full and clean driving licence.
- Friendly and courteous customer interaction.
- Ability to manage your own delivery route independently.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong team player with a flexible approach.
