Our client is looking for an experiencedCNC Miller/Turnerto join their team. This is a hands-on role, working withsmall-batch and one-off componentsacross different materials. The ideal candidate will have good technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operateCNC milling (Hurco) or turning (Doosan) machines.
- Work with a variety of materials to produce accurate parts.
- UseGibbsCAM and NCG CAMfor offline programming (training available).
- Read and interpret drawings to ensure precise machining.
- Carry out somemanual machiningwhen required.
- Work as part of a small, skilled team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience inCNC milling and/or turning.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to machining tasks.
- Experience in both milling and turning is ideal (training provided if needed).
- Manual machining experience is a plus.
