Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller/Turner to join their team. This is a hands-on role, working with small-batch and one-off components across different materials. The ideal candidate will have good technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set, and operate CNC milling (Hurco) or turning (Doosan) machines.
  • Work with a variety of materials to produce accurate parts.
  • Use GibbsCAM and NCG CAM for offline programming (training available).
  • Read and interpret drawings to ensure precise machining.
  • Carry out some manual machining when required.
  • Work as part of a small, skilled team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in CNC milling and/or turning.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to machining tasks.
  • Experience in both milling and turning is ideal (training provided if needed).
  • Manual machining experience is a plus.
