MCG are looking for Electrical Supervisor to join one of our leading clients in Solar. You will supervise on a solar panel site ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our solar farm construction operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site
  • Overseeing daily work activities
  • Managing multiple subcontractors effectively
  • Reviewing and optimizing work schedules
  • Scheduling and maintaining site offices
  • Upholding project availability standards
  • Providing training and ensuring the safety of technicians
  • Effective communication with the management team

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:

  • Previous experience in civils or solar
  • Electrical trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with Cat & Genny equipment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
