We are pleased to be working with a business based in Thame that are looking for a Credit Controller to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience, to continue developing in a supportive environment - offering £30,000
Responsibilities:
- Chasing of overdue debt via phone, email and letter
- Ensuring all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled
- Review and maintain customers current credit limits/payment terms
- Account reconciliations
- KPI's - ensure daily cash and debtors targets are met
- Monthly statements
- Assist with cash allocation/Credit Cards/Cheques
- Discuss and report any problematic accounts to the Credit Manager
- Maintain effective communication between customers and colleagues
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT Skills including Excel
