My client, based in a rural location near to Thame is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Schedule service appointments
  • Answer the telephone
  • Monitor emails
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed
  • Issue quotes
  • Raise invoices
  • Liaise with accounts department regarding debtors
  • Control and monitor projects
  • Liaise closely with their client’s customer care teams

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:

  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications
  • Previous experience in a construction company, housing association or a service and repair background would be ideal

Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Salary 25-32K depending on experience.

Other benefits include (after qualifying period) bonus scheme, company pension and private healthcare. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Own transport required due to rural location.
