My client, located near Thame, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with a salary range of £25,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
The role involves scheduling service appointments, answering calls, monitoring emails, and ensuring paperwork is completed.
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience in a construction company or similar background.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, and the position requires own transport due to its rural location.

My client, based in a rural location near to Thame is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator.

Your main duties will be to:

Schedule service appointments
Answer the telephone
Monitor emails
Ensure all paperwork is completed
Issue quotes
Raise invoices
Liaise with accounts department regarding debtors
Control and monitor projects
Liaise closely with their client’s customer care teams

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:

Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Microsoft applications
Previous experience in a construction company, housing association or a service and repair background would be ideal

Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Salary 25-32K depending on experience.

Own transport required due to rural location.
