Position; Customer Service Advisor
Location; Thame
Salary; 24,000 - 26,000 per annum
Our well-established client in the Thame area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to come and join their fast-growing team. The successful candidate for this role will need to enjoy problem solving and enjoy talking to people. You will need to be a confident individual to be able to route and book appointments and amend orders.
Responsibilities;
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Processing orders across the company's full scope of products and services
- Liaising with internal departments for the management of enquiries, orders ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolving 1st line complaints
- Taking responsibility for the resolution of complaints and incidents as required.
- Be proactive in resolving issues, ensuring everything is completed every day and assisting across all areas when necessary.
- To maintain friendly but professional working relationships with customers
Essential experience;
- Logistical Organisation
- Customer Service
- Written and verbal communication
- Team oriented
- Experience in this industry would be an advantage
