We are working on behalf of a local social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void properties.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking high quality responsive electrical repairs, testing and/or installation works in domestic/communal areas and carry out associated remedial works identified.
• Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• BS:7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing
