Job Responsibilities:
As an Electrician at S&D Trade Recruitment, your duties will include:

Performing 1st and 2nd fix electrical works in residential and commercial settings.
Installing and maintaining fuseboards and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Installing and maintaining Solar PV systems, including battery storage solutions.
Installing EV charging points for residential and commercial properties.
Running and connecting communication cables for smart home and business systems.
Working on renewable energy projects, supporting sustainability efforts through solar and other renewable installations.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults with efficiency and accuracy.
Ensuring all work meets the necessary regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
Experience with 1st and 2nd fix electrical works, including fuseboard installations.
Previous experience with Solar PV installations, batteries, and EV charging points is highly desirable.
Knowledge of communication wiring and renewable energy systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full, clean UK driving license.
ECS or CSCS card (preferred).
